Universal Remote Setup – URC or Control4 $189 per hour | Average setup time: 1–3 hours Our skilled technicians will: Install and configure your universal remote control (URC or Control4) Verify compatibility with all synced devices Provide a clear demonstration on how to use your remote efficiently Guarantee & Refund Policy Please ensure the work areas are cleared before our technicians arrive. Our insurance requires that no people or pets be present in rooms where work is performed. If you cancel your appointment prior to our arrival and have paid online, you will receive a refund within 7 business days. Cancellations made after our arrival incur a $49 onsite consultation fee; the remainder will be refunded. Trip charges are non-refundable. If TV installation has already been completed, labor charges are non-refundable; however, product purchases can be refunded if returned within 90 days. We do not warranty customer-owned equipment, including mounting brackets and TVs. Our installation labor is guaranteed for 90 days. If any installation issue arises due to our work, we will fix it at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any incidental damage to property during installation.
