1. Services

Smarthome-techs.com LLC provides professional installation and setup services for TV mounting, home theaters, smart home automation, computer networks, and audio systems. Our services are performed by trained technicians to ensure high-quality results.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting customer service.

• To receive a full refund of any pre-paid invoice, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. You will be billed for service received up to 8 hours at a rate of $189 per hour, not exceeding $1,512 total.

3. No Refunds on Services

All services provided by Smarthome-techs.com LLC are non-refundable. This includes any on-site labor, consultations, and installations.

4. Product Returns

• Products purchased from Smarthome-techs.com LLC can be returned within 15 days of purchase if in original condition and packaging.

• Non-returnable items include TV brackets, wiring, and custom-installed equipment. Verify eligibility at time of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Smarthome-techs.com LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services or products.

• Our maximum liability for claims is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure work areas are clear of items and debris before installation.

• Children, pets, and other adults must be kept out of the work area during service.

• No other workers besides Smarthome-techs.com LLC employees or subcontractors should be present during work.

• You are responsible for any damages resulting from failure to meet these conditions.

7. Warranty and Service Calls

• We offer a 90-day warranty on installations. Issues related to our installation within this period will be addressed at no cost. TV adjustments within 90 days are $69.

• After 90 days, service calls are billed at $189 per hour plus materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

Smarthome-techs.com LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
