This contemporary-style London home by Marlo Homes impresses with floor to ceiling windows in the great room, a luxury master suite, and lots of space for entertaining. It also boasts a robust Control4 smart home package that automates most of the house to alleviate tedious home management for the homeowners.
Contemporary entry and living room with smart security system, smart deadbolt and video doorbell, custom automated smart lighting design outside and inside, Pakedge wireless router, and multiple control options—such as universal remote, voice control, in-wall keypads, 10” touch screen, and app access.
Relaxing bedroom with connected audio/video entertainment control, preset and zoned lighting design, touch screen intercom station, home security monitoring and control, and voice control.
Main living area and kitchen with a connected Samsung TV, in-ceiling speakers and subwoofer, home controller, 10” touch screen for access to the overall smart home system, custom lighting design for entertaining area and kitchen with in-wall keypad control, whole-home HVAC control, and automated shut off valve if water leaks are detected.
Because this is currently a model home, we used our integrated technology in the home to set the alarm system to automatically arm at 9 p.m. every day, have the sound of a dog bark through interior speakers when the doorbell is rang, and activate the 'moccupancy' mode in the evening where the lighting in the house randomly turns on and off to simulate someone moving in the house. It's amazing what you can do with a truly integrated smart home system.
