‍This federation-era home features stunning waterfront views of Sydney Harbour, clean and elegant design, and a complete Control4 technology system. A fully automated home that was crafted with the intent of not appearing too modern, the project is a stunning example of what can be achieved when modern home automation is seamlessly woven into a traditional-style home design. The clients wanted all items in the home to integrate into the style of the property while still being easy to use, and so the smart home professionals at Life Style Store made sure every bit of technology put into the home met or exceeded that request. The Lavender Bay home won “Best Lighting Project – Australia” at the 2018 Control4 Dealer Awards.

Elegant entryway with Control4 Intercom Anywhere access to the front gate and front door, internal touch screen and mobile access for home control, in-wall keypads throughout the home, HVAC control of the home, connected smart lighting, automated whole-home security station, and a custom Pakedge network.

Relaxing living room with a 75” Samsung TV, Control4 Home Controller and universal remote, connected in-ceiling speakers, Sonos amplified zoneplayer, automated blind and curtain control, panelized smart lighting with dimmers, and 10” portable touch screen for access to the overall Control4 system.

Bright kitchen with connected in-ceiling speakers, Sonos amplified zoneplayer, smart lighting design with custom kitchen scenes, voice control, automated blind and curtain control, and in-wall touch screen for access to the overall Control4 system.

Study with a Samsung 55" TV, Control4 Home Controller and universal remote, connected in-ceiling speakers, Sonos amplified zoneplayer, customized smart lighting with keypads, and 10” portable touch screen for access to the overall Control4 system.

Relaxing pool area with connected landscape garden speakers, automated pool cover, Sonos music streamer, audio amplifier, zoned outdoor lighting, and secure mobile access to all home devices.
