Paired with the Control4 Z-Wave Module and USB Dongle, the EA Series controllers are now Z-Wave Plus™ certified and designed to augment Control4 lighting, comfort, and security solutions with supported Z-Wave devices. Important Note - This Z-Wave to USB Dongle requires an antenna module in order to function. The USA module (C4-ZWU) is no longer available for purchase and should only be used in Regions E and H (Europe, Asia, and South America). If Z-Wave is needed for a project in North America, the current alternative is to install a C4-CORE3 or C4-CORE5 controller which has Z-Wave built-in.

The USB Dongle plugs into the USB port of an EA controller and allows the dealer the flexibility to mount the Z-Wave USB Module in an ideal location to optimize Z-Wave RF performance.
